Thanks to Natalka and Lynn49, I made homemade beef stroganoff for the first time ever, lol...It was sooo delicious..i had already had a bowl of Mom's veggie soup for dinner earlier, but after making that for everyone else, i HAD to have some...sopped up the sauce with organic goat cheese and walnut bread fresh from the farm market bakery...oh, I ate too much..haha!

I am making bbq pork chops MmMmM with potatoe salad and green beans..
the potatoe salad I make though is a hot salad..
Boil the potatoes until they are a little soft..
put them in a pan with corn, and bacon... roast them in the oven until a little crispy..
then get a bowl and mix up half mayo half sourcream...And Lots of Dill..
When the potatoe mixture is baked, take it out put a little garlic butter in it and mix it all up, then cover the stuff with the mayo/sourcream/dill mixture, and top with green onion..
Soooooo bad for you but SOOOO good.. its the recipe from earls resturant if anyone has ever had it.. LOL! MMmMMM
