    I cut 2 inches off my own hair this morning and it turned out great; especially the tricky sides!

    What am I thankful for?

    The snow.
    Yes. That's right. The snow.

    Reason#1 - just finished a 45 minute work out shoveling snow. Free exercise -- with breaks of course, and stretching to prevent injury.

    Reason#2 - the promise of a good harvest come Fall. All this snow cover must be good for the crops and the ground. We should be able to have healthy Ontario fruits and veggies at a low price. This in turn helps us fight diseases, including cancers related to digestion.

    As long as there isnt a flash thaw and all the snow just runs off into the lakes and streams and doesnt get into the ground to replenish the water table.

    I'm also thankful for the snow. I love winter in Canada. And I'm with Shwa Girl in that you get lots of free exercise shovelling the snow.

    got rid of my futon today, someone picked it up and it's being put to good use
