meat and vegetable spring rolls, rice and I had some salad before I started cooking we never ate breakfast or lunch though lol. Stayed up until 3am because I have to get used to staying up all night for a job then slept in, went grocery shopping and came home to make dinner but yum! the veggie spring rolls were definitely very good, especially since it was homemade

I will be making, chicken breast rolled in bread crumbs with herb and garlic mix from Epicure mixed in it, with it i will make a rice pilaf and probably corn, since that is the only veggie in the house till Friday.
