Chers: That kitty who looks like seamus is very cute! I posted some pics of my puds on page 2223 and some pics of Los Cobos yesterday if you haven't seen them.

Just made a tasty smoothie out of soya milk, yogurt, banana, blueberries, strawberries, sprouted rice bran and chia and some protein powder

- now for the black bean and couscous salad with red peppers, corn etc.

Mmmmm YUMMY, that all sounds wonderful!

Good Morning. I had a 2-1/2 day weekend for the first time in months and it was restful but was boring. Came it to work on Saturday and tore out the interior of the boat so I could install power steering. Still not sure if I have to remove the engine to get the old system off and the new one on. Only worked a few hours. Then went home sat around for a while but was bored and started SPRING cleaning. Got a full load for Goodwill! What to do with boxes of kids VCR tapes. I tossed all the home made ones. But still have the pre-recorded ones. Got up Sunday and found to my dismay that I had strained both calf muscles. So spend all day on the couch, utter hell. Feeling not bad today, just a little sore today, must have been lifting the back seat section down.
Lee I like the sound of launch in a few weeks.

Karl Stiel – that was a nasty experience at Teenage Head. I remember that in the news. Think I have seen them 3 or 4 times. Have cassette tapes from live concerts at Little Tony’s East and West.

I am feeling much better but my daughter now has what I had even worse..
Her throat is so sore she can't talk..... C'est dommage.

Am so busy at work... Our system was not working properly for a couple
of days last week... and my boss......

It went okay except for the wireless speakers I was using. They kept cutting in and out. I'm looking now for a good set of portable speakers.
