Wonder if all the good techs went on unscheduled vacations after the Ford fiasco. My results were inconclusive as well, but the doctors are taking it as a good sign and just monitoring me for now. Since I`m actually feeling better, I`m sure in my case it`s just a tired kidney that`s been through the wringer this year with all the non-sense (3 rounds of anaesthetic, several rounds of anti-biotics to deal with all these infections that just wouldn`t die, etc).

The main thing is you feel better & that's good

Remember the two brothers, in Germany , who had a wonderful model railway that was something to see? This is an update for their German Wonderland. Enjoy.

There have been little clips about this place for the past few years, it is still not finished but is growing to that conclusion as they will soon run out of space.
A short review, it was started by two brothers as a place to show their hobby, it started growing by leaps & bounds.

Soon they were joined by other 'Model Railroad Clubs' and other craftsmen. Some were electricians, model makers, Carpenters, computer programmers. Their wives would stop by to see what they were doing and usually bring them a lunch.

One thing led to another. Three of the ladies had worked at a bakery, several visitors would ask if they had a snack bar. The Idea was planted; some of the carpenters came and built a nice restaurant area for the bakery and a kitchen too. If the fresh Coffee smell didn't get you then the bakery definitely would.
This was about 5 years ago. One of the Breweries came and furnished all of the tables and chairs, serving counter and, etc.

Their latest finished area is the airport. Planes look like they are flying and landing.

I tinkered with a recipe from the Kraft website.

Spinach Dip
1/2 package frozen spinach, drained, finely chopped (I let the blender have at it )
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup grated parm (I just added til I thought there was enough, might have been a wee bit more than this much )

Mix it all together and go crazy. It is a bit runny tho, so next time I might have to really really dry out the spinach or add a little cream cheese to thicken things (my neighbour suggested using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to thicken it, might try that next time, we`ll see).

got word from my sister that the biopsy on my brother was inconclusive again.n they had to take him to the OR & open his neck up to take another biopsy. hopefully this will work this time. she & my parents are heading down to London tomorrow to see how things are going. we can't move him closer to everyone till they have the results. i know he is so frustrated & it doesn't help that he can't talk either. i so hope they get it right this time.

i hope you get some answers soon, h_team. it must be awful waiting...... and waiting.....
