    Last night I made meatloaf for the first time ever! My bf always hated his mom's, so I tried really hard to make it yummy. Apparently it worked! I made little mini ones in muffin tins and cooked them with a bit of sauce on the top. I served it with asparagus and lemon butter sauce and sidekicks noodles.

    I'm not sure what's for dinner yet (leaning towards a stirfy as the fam and I are going to check out fresh co. tonight) but I just had a soya meat burrito from BURRITO BOYZ for lunch and my mouth is on fire.

    if i can get my hands on a good piece of pork tenderloin at the store later today then my hubby will make a creamy dill sauce to go with it. Left over mash potato and gravy and sweet corn. Then i play with the puppies :D
