I made 24 gigantic toasted almond butter cookies and dusted with powdered sugar. Reserved half the dough in the freezer for future use.

Mmm, gigantic cookies are my favorite kind. LOL

I made some shortbread in the shape of little stars. My DS loves them.

I had a craving for ginger cookies. My house smells like the holidays!
Small batch of only 6, made with olive oil. Eggless, dairy free and vegan.
Crisp around the edges and chewy all the way through.

I baked a German Apple Cake just for myself. It was my test run, as I'm bringing it for Thanksgiving dessert but haven't made it since September of 2013. It's just as delicious as I remember. I love apple season!

These are rising in my oven right now. They smell delicious. I can't wait to bake them. I don't have any cream cheese so I'm doing them without the frosting.

9 ginger raisin muffins and 9 oatmeal chocolate chip muffins

Would have made more ginger ones since hubby will eat those but I didn`t have enough molasses

This morning i made Oat, Apple and Raisin Muffins. They smell delicious. the recipe is from the Gooseberry Patch Family Favorites recipes booklet on page 3. Very easy to make. I ate one piping hot straight from the oven.

Yesterday i made a Lemon Meringue pie and 24 Lemon tarts which im bringing to the Ladies activity Group bake sale this morning. Also an Apple Cinnamon Coffee cake.

Last week I baked 12 dozen large banana oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.
2 dozen went to feed United Way volunteers during their major fundraiser
1 dozen went to dh's work
1.5 dozen went to a school where I was teaching for 2 days (substitute teacher)
1 dozen for us to eat
The rest were wrapped in 2pks and put into the freezer for quick nut free lunches and snacks.
