oh boy....I am excited but a bit apprehensive about the 2 deep dish pumpkin pies I just baked using REAL little pie pumpkins.
They look so shiny and beautiful on top, crust is lovely and brown but across approximately 2" in the very centre of each pie there is a slight jiggliness, but not loose.
The recipe said that they were cooked when the very centre was like that so I pulled them out to cool.

I had no evaporated milk in the pantry BUT I found a recipe that allowed me to use condensed milk, so of course no added sugar went into this. ( I was happy to be able to use up 2 cans of that stuff, as I've had some in the pantry for a while )
I even mixed together the 5 dry spices to make my own Pumpkin Pie spice.
This calls for REAL whipped cream, time to make a run to the store.

I sure hope it tastes as good as it looks, I'll be watching the faces of the pie testers when we cut into this.

i used the blueberry muffin mix from dollarama, in my air fryer it makes 4 med-lrg size muffins....yummy!
