To tell you the truth,

I think i haven't bake anything for a long time now, i can't recall what it was .
I've lost all taste of baking and don't even see now the purpose of baking, it doesn't worth it for me....sorry.

I can't quite remember either.................its been so long..........possibly cupcakes to take to work before Christmas.......and i helped my sister bake some Christmas cookies..

I've been meaning to bake some carrot-pineapple muffins for about the last month or so........

............and I baked some yesterday morning bright & early and brought them into work...........I had to find the bright side of my dreaded insomnia.....

I'm going to whip up another batch tonight.......

Hey do quesadillas count? Baked some of those for lunch.

Tasted as good as a goodie to me.

Before that was my daughter's birthday, beginning of this month. I had promised cupcakes for the early years center. Then I found out I'd actually have to make them as all baked goods may have traces of nuts. The kicker was my stove has a small problem and sometimes is 25-100 degrees off. Bake to making five minute protein cakes in the microwave.

baked another batch of carrot-pineapple muffins on Thur. night.............had to use up the rest of my pineapple ...........they weren't as tasty as the first batch,....but that's OK.
