Baked some biscuits from scratch last night, and some muffins from a mix this morning. That's the first time in a long time I have baked. I really enjoy baking, but I get very easily distracted, so it's almost impossible for me to bake while my kids are up and once they go to bed for the night I just want to relax, not bake and make a bunch of dirty dishes.

Nope, no mold. I just carefully dipped it into melted chocolate. I have a link to my blog in my signature which has the recipe in it if you want to know how to make them. They were REALLY easy to make! My bf has been taking them in his lunch to work every day, haha. How cute.

thanks for the recipes in your blog, I am gonna make the lemon cranberry muffins for sure. I took a pic of my hilarious, way too huge cake pops ( got chicken to post it , lol) that I made for the first time on Sunday.
I made over 50 of them as I thought the pot luck at work was this week, turns out it is next Wed!!
They are all individually wrapped and tied tight with ribbon, wonder if they will still taste o.k., I have had them in the fridge since Sunday??
