Great and RE: That coupon.

I just did my shop at Safeway and asked the clerk to put the 5Xs coupon from the special booklet through first.

That gives me my 3 (Safeway, Rona & Shell) and I'll get the $10 Gift Card.

I then asked her to put email.direct October 5Xs coupon through (Wish I'd seen Moom's post before I went out). Normally, multiple 5Xs, etc. coupons don't work but as the one in the booklet is a special promo I ended up with both!

So run both through!!!! even if the clerk says no. Ask them to try anyway as it's a special offer.

If you do a $100 purchase you'd end up with 250 extra AMs = $35.00 approx.

Base miles = 1AM/$20 base

$100 spent = 5 base miles

5Xs = 25 AMs

25Xs = 125 AMs

Spend $100 coupon = 100 AMs

250 bonus AMs total

As I understand it these AMs are not considered to be part of the new 500AM max/purchase limit.

PS: I also bought 3 Herball Essence: Reg $4.29 B3G15 @ $2.49

So before tax 3 = $7.47

I had $0.50 coupons and a B1G1. I expected she'd accept 2 x $0.50 and a B1G1 @ $2.49 for a savings of $3.49

However she took 3 x $0.50 and knocked off full price @ $4.29 for a savings of $5.79

So 3 cost $1.68 or $0.56 each.

But I also picked up 5 AMs on each so made $0.14/bottle (Being paid to shop!)

Also, the unadvertised Nature Valley Bars offer is B4G50 ($7) $3.99/2.24. If you have coupons it's not bad (but not great)

250 Bonus AMs from the Shell gas coupon offer were added to my account today.

Used the 25x coupon along with the 5x from the 'gas & groceries' booklet and the B100G100 coupon from the flyer. Teller didn't ask any questions or need any persuasion, just scanned them all in! Ended up with 339 AM for a $120 shop as we did a couple of the other BxGy deals that were on...

If you haven't done IRIS before all you have to do is present the coupon at the counter. You do not have to buy anything. Computers are set so you can only get this once before the next offering.

It's a great promo except we only have a small car and we only spend less than a $100 on gas in a month. Wish this promo could run longer...

Anyone know if we have to order the 5 or 10 certificates all at once, or can we do it slowly (i.e. 4 this week, 3 the next etc)?
