Money's tight right now, but my wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend and take a break.
Lays Chip Trips to the rescue.
We cashed in our points to get a BOGO 50% off at a Comfort Inn in Kingston (savings: $65.00), plus a BOGO free for a half-day kayaking trip in nearby Gananoque (savings: $85.00).
And as luck/fate would have it, there weren't enough people to justify the half day kayaking trip, so the owner offered to let us go on the full day trip for no extra cost (savings: another $80.00). The full day tour included a great lunch, also at no charge.

Jealous!! Would love to be kayaking .... hmmm, guess it wouldn't be very safe to kayak with a 3yo and 1yo, right?

Great job and trip, I'm doing the same with the little ones for Niagara falls and Great wolf lodge, plus some of the museum stuff and subway of course. Great brag, and so glad to hear you got away.
