Losing weight is hard enough and keeping it off is 10 times harder as more often than not it comes back due to bad habits and lack of discipline

I know lot of people ho lose weight but more often than not gain it back

Yes I agree, loosing it is the easy part!! I had 2 pregnancies since I lost it and I gained about 80 pounds on each one. I felt I had "a reason" to eat lots...... paid for it in the end thought cause I had to work thank much harder to get it off again. I feel great now though, my last pregnancy was almost a year ago ( baby turns 1 next week!! ) and I am FINALLY back to my pre baby weight. Its a life style change more than a diet. You really have to want it. I have great will power now though, I always tell myself, no food tastes as good as being thin feels"

WOW - you did ALOT of work in one year! If anyone lost that much even over 10 years I would be impressed! It's HARD to change habits and re-wire your brain..ESPECIALLY for coupon ears- I dunno about you but I have definitely brought more pre packaged pre made crap into our house since beginning couponing simply because it was cheap and we needed to fill up for less money- its crazy!

awesome job Jenny - i just fell off the wagon after losing 15lbs, now trying to get back on it but i'm not as determined as before.
