I'm glad you have a specialist appointment so soon. as far as the medication/pain making you tired please try to rest as much as possible. I hope you get better fast. (I know how tired medication can make you feel. I'm on a doubled dose of diclectin and it can really take a lot out of you. nap whenever you can it will make a big difference.)
