I'm working, too, True North. But, no one is in the office so I'm in my comfy clothes. And the girls can appreciate this - no makeup or having to do my hair.

I don't see the point in "office attire" here today either. There'll be no one else in the office, just the three of us who work U.S. accounts and one supervisor. I guess they could have told us to stick to casual, but as I look down the aisle here, nobody else got the memo, lol.

Happy Thanksgiving fellow Canucks!

I just read everyone's messages and see that most of you are recovering or getting ready for Thanksgiving dinner today. Unfortunately the rest of you are stuck at work. My wife is working today, so don't feel so bad.

Thanks a lot for the winning words and trivia today. Does anyone know if the Derrigner's Cash Grab game is on today? I haven't been listening to the radio today, but I see that the contests are up for the 7:40 and 1:40 on the Q web site.

Whatever you have planned today, make it a happy and safe Thanksgiving Day folks!

I guess the real silver lining in the dark cloud of working on a Canadian holiday is that on November 26 - 27, I'll likely be sitting at home, enjoying peace and quiet of a different nature while those who are home today will be at work.

Paul James has been around forever it seems. I think he's played just about everywhere. He was at the ex again this year. I seen him in the 1970's in a place called Young Station etc. Where was he this time? but yeah he does some good songs.

Well after a weekend of running all around, I finally get my turkey dinner today. I'm making a turkey with all the trimmings for my kids and I and invited their mother to join us as well. Turkey is probably my favourite meal! Mmmmm mmmm.... Not sure why I don't make it more often.

Damn... my one silver lining in the dark cloud of having to come in today was being able to watch some Seinfeld on my lunch and breaks. But we use Bell Expressvu here in the office, and TVtropolis is not in the channel lineup.
