Sounds like everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. It seems I've been eating non-stop since Friday night (& have a fridge full of leftovers). Of course I had to share my dinners with the ones I'm thankful for, my little critters.
Night all.

Jason Ward is right in what he sais about 3,000 to 4,000 calories at a thanksgiving dinner, its a known fact that you have to eat 1,200 calories
above what you eat in 1 day to gain just 1lb,and also you know you have to walk the entire length of a football field to burn off the calories of 1 M&M . I work as a leader for weight watchers after losing
95lbs so needless to say ive done my homework, but if anyone ate way too much today thats ok cuz tomorrow is a new day!

Thanks for the words today. Glad to hear everyone had a good Thanksgiving. We've got two family birthdays this week and two next week...the cooking and baking has only just begun!
