From the other thread, with the master list of broken things, the memberlist is fixed and showing stuff again.

Also what I'd like to know, with regard to the site lagging - it does do this periodically, but it depends on what is being done. Today around 2pm and also around 9am (ET) there were some things being done on the database that caused big slowdowns. Sorry for that! One thing that is extremely hard on the server is the way PMs are handled. There are some users that have thousands and thousands of messages - probably mostly useless. If you don't need PMs please, please delete them.

With regard to the lagging, please specify if there is a particular thing that always causes problems (i.e. viewing/searching PMs is definitely an issue). But what about others?

What about giving users some notice to delete them, and reducing the amount that we can store, we really dont need space for 4000 messages each, it encourages not deleting them.

I updated the other post, but the PMs on a new page that we talked about was not opening a message, but when you click PM user from a post or their profile.

As far as lag, there are times of the day when it seems worse, today (10-11am) when I was updating the coupon scan zone thread (large amount of text per post) it was really slow, it circled showing it was saving for a while. But it has been on and off all week, sometimes its fine, others it reminds me of dialup

You probably refreshed a page just as they were editing something, happened to me earlier too. Try pressing Control+F5 and see if it goes back to normal

I deleted some old PMs I noticed though, I had some that were 'locked' and deleted when we deleted everything over 365 days, but when the PMs were put back after lots went missing, the old ones I deleted are still there

Am I the only one? I can't find my expired posts.

I want to revise my expired tradelist instead of re-do a new list, but the search gave me my 2009 posts. Is there a way to track/find my old tradelist, please?

No, you are not the only one, the search database was broken and is currently rebuilding, should be up by tomorrow

If you want to find it before then, try googling: site:forums.smartcanucks.ca sanrio trade (replacing trade with a word you know was in the title)

There's an overlap on top of the page FB/Tw, sign up part - in the way of notifications, etc.

This is all about me. LOL. My profile is blank again (except for visitor messages). Reappeared for one day awhile back.

Also, I am not getting notifications for reps.

And lastly, how can you find out who gave you a like (or maybe it's the same problem as the blank profile).

Ok, I looked up my profile while not signed in and everything is there. Hmmm, weird, but still blank when I'm signed in.

Your browser may have saved a cached page that has not been updated, while logged in, click Control+F5 together and see if the refreshed page shows your info

Do you get rep notifications now? Mine are working.

When you receive a like, there will be a notification that takes you to the page that shows who liked what or you can access it from My Profile and click Likes Received on the left
