We'll continue going through all the problems mentioned in this thread and fix them. Some things I didn't know about. e.g. clicking on "PM" button opened in new window.... so you guys gotta keep letting us know of things like that and they can be fixed


As Ryan suggested maybe it's time we create a new clear thread with what needs to be done and what has been fixed.

This is all about me. LOL. My profile is blank again (except for visitor messages). Reappeared for one day awhile back.

Also, I am not getting notifications for reps.

And lastly, how can you find out who gave you a like (or maybe it's the same problem as the blank profile).

So very slow on SC right now - to even get to SC took a few minutes' wait, then to post on a thread - waiting for it to post, then - oh, no - I had to edit, and it's still waiting.... oh, I cancelled it, retyped, then it went through - after asking me in the very precious dialogue box if I wanted to stay or leave the page. Argh.

I am having issues with my blackberry. I can click on a topic in the forum but can only see the first page, it doesn't let me click on page 2, 3 etc.

From the other thread, with the master list of broken things, the memberlist is fixed and showing stuff again.

Also what I'd like to know, with regard to the site lagging - it does do this periodically, but it depends on what is being done. Today around 2pm and also around 9am (ET) there were some things being done on the database that caused big slowdowns. Sorry for that! One thing that is extremely hard on the server is the way PMs are handled. There are some users that have thousands and thousands of messages - probably mostly useless. If you don't need PMs please, please delete them.

With regard to the lagging, please specify if there is a particular thing that always causes problems (i.e. viewing/searching PMs is definitely an issue). But what about others?

I have asked if it is possible to add formatting buttons, in the mean time, you can work around it by typing

without the *s
