I have only 1 recipe, and it says to melt and mix in pot on stove top, but i guess you could just use a microwave.
Here it is, but I'm still looking for more.
No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 - 3 cups quick oats
In medium pot,Mix together sugar and cocoa, add the milk and butter, heat untill it starts to bubble.
Take off heat, add the peanut butter, vanilla and 2 1/2 cups oats, it will be thick. Add the other 1/2 cup oats if needed.
Drop by tsp onto wax or parchment paper. Put in fridge untill hard enough to store in container.(between wax paper so they don't stick together.Artificial Colors & Flavours in almost all our food... You should be concerned.Everyone should watch this...

Oh, I think I have one for a blueberry slice cake (just have to remember which cookbook it's in LOL)
In the meantime, you can Google "no bake treats" and oodles come up. The Kraft site and allrecipies looked particularly good.

These are grain, gluten, sugar, and dairy free. No bake. Protein Cookies. There’s a mouthful for you. Makes 8-9 cookies, only taking 2 minutes to mix everything together and pop into the freezer. Dessert in no time.
- 1/2 cup almond flour (any nut flour would do)
- 1/4 cup unflavored whey protein powder*
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (may need 1-2 Tbsp more depending on consistency you prefer)
- Juice from 1/4 lemon (1 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia to taste (I used about 6 drops of liquid stevia)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
* If you don’t have protein powder, try substituting it with an additional 1/4 cup of coconut flour instead. You could also use any protein powder you have but it will alter the taste depending.
Add dry ingredients (flours, protein powder, poppy seeds, salt) into a bowl and mix to combine.
Melt coconut oil in a microwave or oven and add in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla. Pour coconut oil mixture into the dry ingredients and stir very well until a dough is made. You may need to add a bit more melted coconut oil for desired consistency.
Roll into balls or flatten into cookies and place on a cookie sheet or plate and put into the freezer for 10 minutes or so. Should make about 8-9. Keep cold and enjoy!

No-Cook Chocolate Chia Crispies
(Green Smoothie Girl 12 Steps to Whole Foods)
1 C Almond Butter (or organic peanut butter)
2/3 C raw honey
1/4 C chia seeds
1/4 C raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa, which is less nutritious)
1/3 C coconut oil
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt
6 C crisped brown rice (in a cereal box at the health food store)
Cream together all the wet ingredients in a large bowl by hand. Add the chia seeds, cacao, and salt and then blend well. Add the crisped rice and stir until evenly mixed. Chill the dough for 1-2 hours, then form into balls and refrigerate until serving.
Just a couple of notes:
*Drink water with these, as chia absorbs up to 10 times its own weight in liquid
*I used Carob powder instead of Cacao (found it at Sunflower Market)
*I also found crisped brown rice cereal at Sunflower Market and Walmart...I only added about 5 1/2 cups. The 2nd time I made it, I blended some of the rice cereal in the blender before adding it to the mix.

Briwantstosave posted this in a thread and since I had a abundance of cornflakes due to not being able to resist the Cornflakeboxes with the $3 off strawberries coupon I had to try :Wow it is good
It is the craziest simple recipe
Melt 1 cup chocolate chips (Use milk or semi sweet based on your preference) in the microwave (or on a double boiler), stir in 1/2 cup of peanut butter (I use 3/4 cause I love peanut butter
) until melted. Pour over 3 cups of cornflakes and drop by teaspoonful onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Chill in fridge. They are crispy and crunchy and delicious!
