I've had so many problems with Kraft the last few months & after my first 2 complaints I didn't want to complain any more until today.
I've just been eating my stale, saltless, chewy crackers for a few days now & today I get to the end of the box. I pull out the bag to get the last few crackers and crumbs fall all over the place because the bag wasn't sealed on the bottom. First I just thought "no wonder they were stale and not crunchy" then I saw it....

Awww, wonder how that little guy got in there? Glad you didn't eat him!

You should call Kraft for sure. They will most likely send a courier to pick up the evidence so they can investigate. I see a lot of free crackers in your future.

ICK! How gross is that! If I may suggest something....wrap the offending whatever it is and send it off to kraft the old fashioned way, in a letter. Sometimes that get a faster reaction than anything. Just a thought. Good Luck!

I called & I told them I want to send this back so they can see how the bag wasn't sealed & the pic of the bug & the lady said they "don't accept" returned packages & all they need is the production code. Well if this was the 1 package that slipped through without sealing properly what good does that do!?
I think the bug crawled into the box & in through the hole in the bag.
I want to throw up just thinking about this! It probably crawled all over the crackers. OMG What if it laid eggs & I ate them

I don't mean to sound gross, but your stomach acids will kill just about anything. Try not to worry too much. Mind over matter! Also, don't paint a rosy picture when you talk to Kraft. Let them know how you feel and how grateful you are that your child did not eat this. Good Luck!

Couldn't the bug have gotten in from the top once it was opened by you? Maybe while you were reaching for a few and had your mind or head occupied elsewhere and you didn't notice. Just thinking out loud.

Why would you eat an unsealed box of crackers? There could be any number of reasons why the package was open / tampered with.

because I didn't know it wasn't sealed until I pulled the bag out to get the last few crackers and all the crumbs fell out. Of course it's possible a bug could have got in after I opened it but I doubt it. And either way that bag should have been sealed, it was still stale. I bet that bug ate alll the salt. Urgh I'm not going to be able to eat for a week now

Although I should sat I've bought other things that werent sealed properly & still ate them. If I threw out everything that was opened, stale, not quite right I'd be broke & starving
