    My husbands homemade bread leaves too many crumbs and I'm constantly sweeping and wiping them up. My husband bakes our bread (5 loaves) every 2 weeks or so. It's so good, saves us at least $60 per month in bread but the crumbs! Everywhere, crumbs!

    Have you visited a Disney store this month? I went into the mall one yesterday and it kept playing music from the Nightmare before Christmas at a fairly high volume. Think you'd be thrilled to be out of the store after 10min! Pity the store staff having a 4h shift or more listening to that (I like the movie and songs but not at high volume).

    Poppies. No matter what I do I can not keep a poppy on any longer than 2 hours before I lose it. It's there one minute and I swear the next its just gone and I can't find it anywhere.

    @coupongirl99

    I was exactly like that. Then I made up a permanent poppy badge with my Dad's army photo on one side and a scan of a beautiful red poppy beside him. I cropped it to fit into a clear plastic name tag badge that has a sort of safety own closure in the back. I have had so many compliments when people see it, and ask about the photo.

    But then Don Cherry urged us to go buy a poppy, so I did this year.
    Came home and snipped a small piece off the end of an white rubber eraser, pushed it onto the open end of the pin after placing it on my coat and VOILA!!
    It is still on my coat!

    @coupongirl99 I am using a tiny piece of the rubber band that holds the broccoli together and it works to keep from losing the poppy.

    only if you live in Ontario.. all other provinces is minimum $50 (ofcourse written in small print) when i read that it doesn't sit right with me.. it should be across Canada not single out a single province saying free shipping over $35 in huge letters and tiny under print that is easily missed say it's more for every other province...

    i think last year they also offered their 3 for $33 offer to for black friday and boxing day (it used to be 3 for $30)

    Hi MillieH,

    Kudos on your impressive achievement!!

    I am sure it must have been difficult for you to completely abstain from electronic gadgets and devices!!

    I tried it once. It literally opened my eyes on how much we are addicted to the internet and have the compulsion to remain plugged in (even when we are asleep)!!

    My longest streak is close to 24 hours - couldnt do more than that, thanks to my day job ...

    Do tell how you could pull a 30 hour long stint....

    Waiting eagerly to hear your story!!
