kid begged for me t buy her kiwi's... i did (not a cheap item..) cut it up and put it in her lunch she didn't eat it... grumble grumble... informed her if your hungry you gotta eat your kiwi! and the response i get "mommy i feel like your forcing me to eat the kiwi!" ohh what a hard life she leads....a part of me wanted to respond to her and say "damn right i am!" lol

My oldest does this too, begs me to buy something that's not cheap that no one else in the house likes and refuses to eat it. At least my toddler eats the random stuff she asks for.

I sent someone an email with information 4 days ago. Okay it's not urgent info. Yet I haven't received a thank you. I'm assuming they received and read it? I know they get hundreds, thousands of emails. One time they responded two weeks later, mentioning they were trying to get their emails under 500, and realized they forgot to respond to me. Other times I've emailed info to them, received a response and sometimes not.

Yes I'm an impatient person sometimes.

Not the most important rant, just needed to get it off my mind.

made the kid pink eggs for dinner.. put too much food colouring in (the wilton gel a little goes a LONG way) and they turned out vibrant playdough pink! (looked a little like playdough too lol) but atleast it made her happy

I have the whole house to myself (rest of them are at the car show) and I don't know what to do with myself. I've already vacuumed and cleaned up. Now what? I'd like to bake something but anything that I chose I'm missing one of two key ingredients and the stores are all closed today.. besides, it's too damn cold to go out.

Got my son an XBOX One from Shoppers Drug Mart using a redemption and needed to upgrade the TV and Receiver ($800 & $600). We now have 5 plasma and LED TV's And I watch the odd movie but that is it.

Yeah, I have way too much stuff! I need to do a massive clearout. This is beyond ridiculous. I could've used the gc to buy a new microwave from FS but nope, had to pay cash for it all! Not the smartcanuck way!

LOL, don't be to hard on yourself. Hey I don't like paying full price for anything either, but, in certain situations we sometimes have to. I hope you find your gift card!
