Ugh! So UBC Life Sciences found a gene or something that's responsible for making people unable to keep lost weight off, and, used on mice, made them lose 50% of their fat.
They interview this skinny young gal who is personally convinced (obviously due to her extensive knowledge on the subject) that people can simply lose weight through, like, meditation and yoga instead of {shudder} taking a pill.....! I just want to drop-kick those people!! How's THAT for exercise, honey?!

good evening everyone. Just read back a few pages to catch up. Love Jenny's " pace " @Lynn49 , she is a dog I could really love!
Our Rufus has this one favourite red rubber bone and poor you if he decides to place that bone on top of your foot while you sit! He looks at you as if to say " you know the drill!, now toss that bone so I can chase it " ! The game ends when he says it ends...ha ha
Another 45 minutes and me and the pups are invading DD's space downstairs, the game will override anything she is watching!! Hope you all have a great evening.

I was going to eat dinner, then walk the dog, but changed the order so I wouldn't miss any of the game.
However, the walk was unsuccessful, so I may be stuck with another.

Yep, Walks...games supersede anything and everything...!!! Jenny has "squeaky things" and oh my, the sheer pleasure on her face as she continuously squeaks one of them is priceless. She gets closer to me to tease me with it, I take it and throw it and fast as lightning she's off to get it and return with it, continuing to squeak it. If, heaven forbid, I take it and throw it again, she gives me this incredulous look as if to say, "why'd you do that for?", and barks at me!! I tell her that I'm the throwER, and she's the FETCHER, but nope, off I go to fetch it for her so that she can grab it from me and continue squeaking it. You can imagine how excited my hubby is with all this activity going on while he's trying to watch a tv show, lol..... Aren't they charmers, though, bless their little hearts!!!

Hicks.....yay for the Jays! Boy, you're going to be at a pretty exciting party at the stadium this weekend, lucky you!!!!
