I should take a drawing course too, perhaps next season, to improve perspective, etc; I'd love to do some old buildings..

As for that top, all I can say is that it looks so perfect, it could be an item @ the stores.

As for flipping pics, on my apple, you go to 'tools' & select 'rotate left' or 'right', then 'save'.

We have a new convoluted photo program on this thing; I can flip but there doesn't seem to be a place to save that flip! I'll try again, but for now...half-time is over and the game's afoot!!

Lol...that's why you're my adopted "Sis"! You're so sweet....oh you should see the work some people are producing in my class; it's a sort of open class where everyone works at their own level, on their own projects so I get to chat with some very experienced painters and try to learn through their work.

Phnnt. Phooey. Well...seems I don't have a favourite team in the running this year; which, actually makes for a much more relaxing play-off. The yucky teams (you reading this, Raiders and Cowboys?!) are long gone, so anyone who wins the Superbowl is fine with me.

Walkonby..yes, I watch every single NFL game I can!! I'm a football addict. We've been to Ford Field in Detroit for a Lions/Packers game, and to Lambeau Field (a respectful moment of silence, please) in Green Bay for a Packers game. Next on our list may either be Heinz Field in Pittsburgh or the Meadowlands in NY (where our hotel was located...sigh...no games that time of year, though).
Addicted? My bucket list simply consists of attending an NFL game in each of the teams home fields (except for the Raiders and Cowboys. Phht!)..

Thing is, they get so squat, don't they? The rectangular spools picture is proper, but when they get turned they get squat and chubby! Heaven forbid we ever had to turn out own photos!!

I posted this in the Jan. savings thread, but for those of you who don't go there - this is our great-niece Eva from the US. A friend of the family made the very cool mermaid snuggly thingee for her, and a larger one for her older sister.



Well, it's the last night we should have to deal with the -40 windchill, temp is now -29.

Our son is just heading home, and I'll be heading to sleep soon.

Lucky Hamilton to have such a talented group of people to do so well at Malanka (Ukrainian New Year) with a Kolomeyka - and they had the best band in Canada from TO!

Well, it sure perked up my morning to watch this!
At 13:25, something I've never seen men do!
