I've been thinking of hosting a VWT but they don't seem to be filling up very fast right now. I might wait until some of the others are full.

Yeah, I keep thing "oh I'll join this one" but then there's always something I dont like. lol. Either the wishlists, or sending too many coupons or high BP's. I think it's just slow because no one has many coupons. Hopefully it picks up soon! We need more newbies jumping on trains!

on the kids painting on canvas topic... i did that a few years ago with dd1. gave her some tempra paints and she made a few artworks. they're hanging in our bedroom on a wall that is dedicated to kids framed artwork.
i have a project thats on my to-do-list.. take their baby hats that they come home from the hospital with and you put them in a shadowbox with some pretty scrapbook paper as a background and put their name/D.O.B under it. i think that makes sense. pinterest isnt working so i cant post a link.

Yeah, pinterest is acting screwy tonight I did find some cute "boy" type valentine's, so I'm gonna head to Micheal's this weekend to get supplies!!

did you see the one with the shovels that say 'i dig you' and you put chocolates with them? at christmas i did the candycanes turned into little reindeers for dd1s JK class. you really have to check the labels in re: peanut/tree nut allergies. i had no idea that some candycanes would/could contain nuts until after i bought 3 boxes. happily i found some at WM that were nut free.

I also like the bouncy ball one, but it's too old for DS's age. All the balls I've seen are 3+

Now that is something I do miss...craft gifts with the kids for special occassions. One day I will have grandchildren and the man oh man do I have a lot of things I want to do with them .

Morning..Just ordered a rug from walmart last night online.



Now I'm done buying stuff for now lol. (a lot of the money came from family to help me get things for my apartment)
and most of the things I got for christmas were for my apartment like dinnerware,etc.

I can't wait to move in, set up and take a few pics lol. I will ask for feb 1st off work and go all out to set up the apartment. I hope I can move stuff in jan 31st since there is no one living there yet.
