I'm doing these with DD for Valentine's Day. Just picked up the Tootsie Roll Pops today (7 for $1). Same price as just buying the store bought paper ones, plus DD gets to do a craft and the kids get a little sucker.

Not sure what I'm going to do with DS yet though, he's pretty young. Dont want to give candy to his classmates. Maybe just paper cards for him...

Ohhhhh those are so cute!!! I wonder if DS will let me do that with him LOL. Dumb question, is there a pattern for the flowers? I suck at doing stuff like that freehand...

i just have to vent. i wish people on coupon trains would update their wishlists. seeeeeeeriously. or stop asking for coupons that expire long before the posted exp. date cutoff. gah!!

Just got a call and no msg so did a look up on the # and it was for MDG computers. I have been dealing with them so no surprise but at least leave a msg. Anyway all I have to say is people make me wonder how they don't walk into walls on a daily bases,lol. When I did the phone # look up online there were a number of comments saying its MDG. but one msg left me scratching my head.

i just received a call and no one was on the other line is there such a place as mdg computers. i have already sent them a payment what now will i get my computers.

First they ask is there even such a place as MDG and then continue to say I have already sent them my payment. You say you don't know this company but have already sent them payment, WTF are you talking about.

Had an idea for my new apartment. I'm going to buy a blank stretch canvas at walmart. Then I'll have my 11yr and 7yr old cousins paint me something. My 11yr old cousin asked me what I wanted and I said anything, finger paint, use your hands,etc but do whatever you want.

Great idea, Cab! I've also seen children take little containers of paint and put blobs of the stuff along one side, then the canvas was tipped so that all the colours ran down it, and wow...what a great painting! If you want the Pollack look, have them dribble and splatter paint on it! I'd love to see a pic of it when it's done!

Lola, I look forward to getting the link!! I love making home made valentine's. Oldest DS and I made some awesome ones a few years ago and only one other kid in his class gave out homemade cards When I was in school at least half the class made their own!!

I've been thinking of hosting a VWT but they don't seem to be filling up very fast right now. I might wait until some of the others are full.
