Can't sleep. Turned on the police scanner. Big fire at an apartment in town. The building will be a total loss. Makes me feel so sad for all the people who lost everything they owned, some without insurance. Young parents with babies. Sad sad sad. Been going for a few hours & they are still struggling to get the fire under control.

Morning everyone So what's on the agenda for today? It was so hot here yesterday, of coarse they got the forecast wrong again.... and the temp went up to 93 very muggy and the pool were the way to spend the day, and I did only the drinks were alcohol free Ran out of box wine

early day here. im so tired. but much to do. already been up and got 3 off to work/school, cleaned my kitchen, changed my bed, worked on project. will be looking at selling some goodies on kijiji, running errangs, wishing i was still sleeping...

Happy Friday all. Tired here! Up at 8:30, only went to sleep at 5. Just couldn't sleep after listening to that fire. Feel so sad for the people who lost everything. A woman that works on my hubby's team at work.. she just lost her brother like within the last two weeks, she's not at work today, she lived in that building.

That is so sad Fire is so devastating, it happens so quick and it destroys so many lives. Prayers are being said for everyone who lived in that building.

My ex texted me a few weeks ago to tell me the apartment building we lived in together burned down... freaking scary! Luckily, there was no one home at the time.

Going into work today to get ready for My first day back next Friday. Having my home burned down is one of my biggest fears. I share everyone's Sentiments of fire Being a horrible thing for families to deal with.
