bub - it's so crazy, I woke up this morning at 3 a.m. thinking about Lua!

I didn't remember her due date, either, and I see by reading her blog that it was close. So very coincidental!

Getting cloudier and windier - rain isn't supposed to come til afternoon.
Hope it doesn't, because there are bags and bags of stuff out on the front steps waiting for donation pickup - they like having them outside so they don't have to come to the door. Hoping they come soon so I don't have to drag the stuff in!

Mornin' everyone!
Hubby just left with our DD, her DH, and his Dad to golf at Timberwolf this morning....too funny...it looks like they all received a memo to wear pink and grey! LOL!!!
Jenny and I will hang out here until the bbq later today at their place, altho' I made up the burgers and got a request for "that pasta salad" which seems to be all the rage in our little circle, and I made zucchini brownies (omg! You'd never guess there were 2 zucchinis in it!).....the sun seems to be winning the game to show up today, but geez that wind won't stop!

I'll take wee Jenny to the dog park or a walk later, when it warms up a bit...

one friend announced she was pregnant and another friend just delivered her baby boy by c-section this morning too!

Wow it's cold out! Got this kids all up and dressed to go out and opened the door to ice cold rain. DD still insisted on wearing her new dress. Thankfully we just had to pop into one store and back home.

I'm making fudge brownies for a BBQ (will be inside now) and had no eggs.

Glad to be back inside. Not looking forward to heading back out in a few hours. At least DD changed into pants and a Tee (new clothes thanks to H&M - love their kids clothes).

Yes...that's why I suggested they stay on the resort, Natalka...it's scary there, and I'm trying to talk our DD and her DH from going there in the winter....Cuba is much safer, but they've been there a few times before...or the Dominican...But Mexico is just getting way out of hand!!
Such a sad story...she just retired....

Yes we're staying at the resort mostly. Definitely going on a tour to see the Pyramids, the Lady hasn't ever been there
We're sticking to the resort mostly though, we'll be in the middle of two major towns so it can get expensive taking taxi's into town...and we're definitely not taking public transit...

been a tough morning here, went to a local walk in (apparently i shouldn't have) to have a finger looked at.. and after some major needle numbing pain, poking around i passed out at home for 3 hours.. i can't deal with pain like that. im now on anti's. yay... if there are any nurses out there or anyone who is VERY familiar with the medical field please pm, i have a question i can't post here.
