Vee, you're really on top of things, that's great! Having fun yet?
Have you been gown shopping?
Hoping everyone has a great day! Day started here with a thunderstorm, but sun is peeking out now. More will come back later...

holly, i agree with Dan - I would love to see pics of ur cupcakes!
Vee - my cousin just recently got engaged and is planning an Aug 2014 wedding - don't know how far she is with reserving everything - don't think she has a firm date yet, just wants in Aug 2014... guess she better get cracking!
Mrs Sunshine - I'm now a magic eraser fan - i had a sample sitting in my cabinet for the longest time - just thought it was some marketing gimmick and completely forgot about it until Luv mentioned it.. so I was like, might as well give it a try and i was amazed at the results. *whispers* hubby thinks I did it with a sponge and soap & took me like 45mins - 1 hour (six walls, fridge door and all my kitchen cabinets)... he doesn't need to know about magic erasers & it took me less than 15mins

Vee, I'm so happy that your able to sail through everything so far. Two of my dd's were so stressed planning their wedding it almost gave me a nervous breakdown, lol. I kept telling them, it's your day, it's your way and that's that. In the end it always works out to be amazing and perfect. Just think about it, how can a union of two people who love each other so very much not be perfect....hell, even if you were married on a deserted island during a monsoon it would be Perfect! I'm so excited for you, it so much fun!

You're welcome
. Yes it does work!
As you probably guessed I had it happen to me too.
And I thought I had to repaint, then I remember all the things that they had said it was good for, so I tried it and voila it works, so always keep some one hand, to some children the walk is a big easel, even when they have there own easel.

So, I'm going to share with you, my dear friends here. It's been raining like crazy here and it's been relatively cold. A good many of you know that on top of all the currently health issues I have, I suffer severely from rheumatoid arthritis. Soooo
I've been having my own little pity party this morning. I'm in such pain, my knees, back, neck and hands feel like someone is taking a blow torch to them. So I've been lying here in my bed crying...
I'm not one to do that (often), but some days it just get to the point that a person can't take it anymore and starts to wonder why??? Why me????
BUT....the phone just rang and I wasn't going to answer it because it hurts just to reach out and grab it. But I did, and I'm sothat I did. It was Ryder's teacher and she apologized for not getting back to me yesterday. So since I've been wallowing in my own pain here and not started yet, I don't have to
She told me that tomorrow (Fridays are half days) they had their sports day planned, but it was just cancelled because of all the rain and the mosquitos in the field. She was actually excited at the fact that I could bring cupcakes for the class and it will give them something fun to do!
So, I don't have to decorate them, and when my dd gets here, we'll perhaps just have a Latte and visit. Thank you MrsSunshine for the idea. But, I do need to make 12 more cupcakes today. I confirmed the amount of children in the class, and I was off...by a lot. There are 38 children if everyone is present....and of coarse, she told me that Ryder has special person in the school, and that's the custodian, Ryder always helps him clean up the schoolyard and she wanted him to come tooWe all need a little sunshine every now and then

Well, YAY for Facebook!
Just saw pics posted of my nephew's convocation in Edmonton - as an engineer.
Yesterday, pic of a niece who just graduated as a nurse in Medicine Hat.
Last week, another niece who got her social work degree from U of Regina.
Holly, one of my nieces is going to be moving to Calgary this summer to start a Respiratory Therapist program.
So nice that extended family members are keeping so busy, and it's wonderful that so many of them are becoming so well-travelled, too.
One niece who just finished her second year in Medicine here has gone to Mozambique to volunteer for the summer.
Another niece just got back from Finland where she was for a music conference.
