I'm alone as well @thriftygranny , as I always am, so drinking alone is a common occurrence, enjoy, I'm with you.

Oh, how nice it would be to share drinks (of any kind!) with all of you, with some appies!

I feel alone, as husband is in the living room watching soccer - not my game! So I'm here in the next room on the computer, Masterchef Asia online in the background, just surfing round the interwebs!
No, I really don't feel alone - he either comes in here to bug me, or I do the same for him. It's cold in this front room, so I do have to go out every half hour to warm up a bit - and he's a cozy man - so he comes behind me and encircles me in his big warm arms, sigh! Even with the heat on, this room is cold - it's just a bummer.

Oh, lol, that's what they said, but they loved it all, we still shared an appy platter at the restaurant, and all had prime rib dinners and shared dessert with our hubbies! It was so sweet of the kids to take us out to dinner; it's always so incredibly nice to be with both of them, they're both fun to be with.

So the Jays lost, Hubby's Notre Dame is losing...not a good athletic day for us, I guess..although my Michigan beat the bejeegers out of Maryland today!!

Wouldn't it be nice to get together for an SC weekend!!! Oh the fun to be had!!! Maybe I can pick up Nat in Saskatoon and head to Toronto, although I would prefer London, i spent one year there when I was 14.

Gosh, I'm bored.... I have nothing good to read, so that's out for entertainment. Reading a book about Hillary Clinton, but that's more for the 'put me to sleep' factor. Usually I'd go listen to radio, but there's nothing good on til after midnight today.

Ah!! Gocha. I didn't know when she was singing at the Rogers Centre, I don't pay attention to those things, so her curse will have to wait until they're in the play-offs....ouch!!
