Very quiet day here. Puppy woke my up at 5 and then 6 and then 7 and this time he was QUITE INSISTANT that it was time to GO OUT!

I was in such a hurry to get dressed that I pulled on the sweat pants and tops I had been wearing
yesterday. When I got outside I realized that I had my pants on backwards AND my tops on inside-out and backwards! Pooch didn't think it was a problem and , luckily, no one else saw me! 😀

Then we snuck back to bed and I slept until 11!

Wow....you must have been tired to put everything on wrong, Avon! Did you get your underweirds on properly at least, or were your knickers in a twist, too?

Snow day...guess who just got up????

Good morning, everyone!!

Busy day...I'm going to finish sewing the quilted paint-brush holders I promised 2 gals for painting class on Thursday...they offered to pay...I said if they even so much as tried to pass me any money, I'd take those things back from them! They're both so sweet.

Then I may start cutting the squares to make triangles, to make pinwheels for the baby quilt I'm sewing for our niece or look for a hotel for our trip to TO for my Hubby's yearly check-up, and make my yearly appt to have my eyes checked: they seem to have deteriorated a bit and I tend to see double again with these glasses...grr. So...another exciting day of retirement!!!

You southerners are sure getting a blast of snow! Stay out of that mess if you can help it...we don't need anyone else slipping and breaking bits and pieces of themselves, right 22Hicks? Two is quite enough for this place!!

At Princess Margaret today. Kinda tired, but I still have things to do. Waiting on 2 pharmacies. My check up went well, but my hemoglobin is down a bit. I feel pretty good, just so tired today. Lots of people, double duty because of the holiday Monday.
Funny, our dog wanted out at 5:00am & I never did get back to sleep. Left the house at 7:00am. I guess I'll call home & tell my son to get something out of the freezer for dinner.

So nice that your checkup went so well, Loocie. Now, wrt your low hemoglobin, what do you do to remedy that? Do you have to take iron supplements? Can you tolerate them?
