gee, RC, sure hope things get better for you!
I got just over an hour of sleep; hoping I can catch up on some more later.

Good morning all.
RNC - sorry you're still having so much pain. That has GOT TO end soon.
Avon - I hope you feel better today. Colds can be miserable, and you sure don't want to share it with your DH. 2 years ago, I won a trip to Dunedin with the fan 590. It was a fantastic trip.
Cab & walker - apple pie with crackers, yuk. You've got to be kidding.
Nat - you've got to get out of this 1 hour sleep habit. I really feel for you. I've seen more than my fair share of those nights, but I hope they're over and done.
Me, I said I was really tired yesterday, well I guess I was. I fell asleep about 8 last night, and slept till 8:30 this morning. 12 and 1/2 hours - wow.
I hope every1 has a great day.

Thanks @cabmonk - I look at it, but I don't know if I'll try it.
If I do say so myself, I make a pretty kick-a$$ real apple pie.

A quick good morning to everyone!!
It's a busy painting class today, one on the road to being completed, and the next one sketched out; it's one our DD took in their front yard, of their birch tree buried in snow, all sepia coloured. She had suggested I paint it 'one day', so I'm hoping to surprise her with it for her b'day at the end of March. Fingers crossed it turns into something I'd want to give her, or I'll be on line for a gift!!
RNC, that's just terrible that you had to endure that pain all night for heaven's sake! Isn't there anything that can make it go away or at least relieve you of most of it so that you can get comfortable enough to fall asleep? You poor kid....honestly, that's so sad to hear.
Hicks, isn't it the absolute truth that we take so much for granted until we can't do them anymore?! For me, that summer, it was the fact that I couldn't go outside at all, let alone down the stairs to the livingroom! What a joy it was to finally be able to do even that!! So dish! What are some of the things on your list if you don't mind sharing...?
We're off to a Jays game in June for the 4 of us, for his 70th b'day weekend!
Cabbie....instead of loading up on sugary carbs, why not do what Walks and I do when we crave apple pie? We just slice up apples into a bowl, douse them with Splenda brown sugar, a tich of vanilla, some raisins if you like them, toss together, nuke until soft, and voila! Healthy apple pie! If you want to add a couple of tbsp of low fat Cool Whip when you have it, it really feels like a decadent treat!
ps...I've never tried that Ritz faux apple pie...I mean, eating a bowl of flavoured crackers instead of real apples...why? I'm with 22Hicks on that one...
Natalka....gosh, what a way to go through life: not getting enough rejuvenating sleep at night. I could send Jenny over for a while: her snugglings and soft breathing (okay, some snoring may be involved) puts me to sleep every time! Joking aside, I hope this can be turned around somehow and soon!!!
Dan, have a really good day at work, Hon...productively perfect!
Have a lovely day, everyone!
Btw...the weather forecasters must have been smoking their socks lately! The temps are NOWHERE near what they've predicted all week!!

Not to be a Debbie-Downer, but did you see this?!!
Please don't eat that!!!
1/10th of that is 380 calories! (more than most meals should be!)
20 grams of FAT! Might as well just eat 2 pats of butter.
29 grams of SUGAR! Might as well eat 9 sugar cubes! EACH time you have a slice!
