Do you know if there is a way to link to just someone's FB video? I've tried FB's instructions to embed, and that doesn't work.
It's not really important, just wondering.

@Natalka if the video is actually hosted on Facebook. Click the video and there should be an arrow in top right corner for drop down menu. Click it and there should be an option to copy link. Paste that link here in video upload box.

Hello, everyone....I received sad news this morning: my cousin, Don, in ThunderBay, passed away last night from complications of his diabetes and COPD...he was everyone's "big brother" when we visited, so kind to everyone...the last time I spoke with him was when he was last in the hospital sometime this past winter...just so sad.

Avon, I have a Bichonpoo...he's adorable, and even though he's eight,
everyone calls him a puppy.
Do you know the trick to keeping angel food cake tall and gorgeous?
Invert the pan immediately when removed from oven. I use a huge funnel
inverted to hold the hole in the center of the pan. I also have a square tube pan
with four attached legs that keep the cake off the counter when inverted.
Cool cake completely before carefully removing. I've never had one collapse.

Thanks, Margy! The package did mention something like that but your explanation made much more sense! I didn't have the right kind of pan, it didn't have little feet.

I'm glad he's a little better today, and I hope his pain subsides soon, and that he passes whatever, so you can avoid surgery. Scary, and just what you need, another man to worry about.

Nat & Lynn, you two are amazing !!! All that cooking and baking, very impressive. Even though it's after 10, you've made me so hungry. Maybe I have some stale cookies laying around.

Nice that you had your grandson Lynn, but I can only imagine how tired you must be.

That thunderstorm last night was really something. Jake woke me up shaking and crying just before 2, and for the next couple of hours hid under my blankets, curled up on my stomach. Cute, but sat.

Hello folks!
Doggie seems fine today. He met his little doggie cousin today. She is 7 months old and full of energy, He is 10 and really didn't know what to do but growl territorially when she got near him, his "people " and was perplexed that he couldn't corral BOTH of his toy bones at once. They will work out their "relationship " over time. The whole experience convinced me that puppies are for younger people than me! LOL!
I decided not to give him his pain pill tonight but continued with his antibiotics. He is enthusiastically eating his canned, wet food. The vet #2 in Windsor said that the "thing" that we were seeing in the $275+an extra $95 for advanced analysis x-rays would probably just exit and wouldn't necessarily be a problem unless it caused a blockage or if the blood in his stool got worse. Although he may have diarrhea for up to a week, he is not passing blood any more.

I was really getting scared because if he wouldn't eat or drink, he could have rapidly gone downhill and they were second-guessing whether he, as a senior, would be able to withstand surgery. Also, our budget is not unlimited - and that is a horrible thing to say and face!

Luckily, the little sucker decided it was OK to eat! ! Thank-you, Lord!

Avon, good for Jesse, eating and drinking again! Loved your description of the doggie-dynamics...too cute!

Well, now that a birthday and Easter are over, today I'll be working on the baby quilt, cutting those squares I sewed together into thirds and doing a couple of flips ( the fabric, not me... ) and sewing them back together again...it's always easier to work around the house and sew when it's so shiny outside!
