So far so good with the gifts, they are still in the box, the top is opened 'cuz I couldn't get them to fit back in properly! Sitting on my living room side table.. waiting.. Now that I likely will not be doing a Mega redemption (I'm gonna gamble something better will come along) you can bet it will be the first thing I head for when hopping out of bed Saturday morning!

mine have all been banished to the basement. I'm not a particularly patient person so out of sight out of mind. Come on Saturday!!!

Hey new buddy. I've done some stalking but still need some ideas so tell me, is there anything new you want that you dont' think came in your Advent package?

Also i've recently come across some fabulous bodycare deals so since i now have lots to share, do you happen to be in need of any body wash, razors, shave gel, soaps....that kind of stuff?

I need some thin cotton black socks and some ankle socks for the gym, I also could use some Redkin Rewind..they sometimes come out with a small container of it this time of year for stocking stuffers. Mine is running out. As for body care stuff I'm well stocked on most of that stuff but as always will be thrilled with whatever you chose to send to me

As you can see by my christmas tree pictures, my tree is up on a table with my Sask. Riders tree skirt hiding everything. So i have my box hiding under the table or i can guarentee everything would be opened already! Im not sure how long i will able to only open 1 gift a day!!! Or how long it will take the kids to have everything opened on me!

Will be digging out day 1 on Friday night so i can open it before I run to SDM at 830 Saturday morning!

I can't wait for you to open it either - I think every 5th day is a 'Big' one. I wanted to give you this first so no one 'in real life' gets it for you too. I would imagine you can figure out what it is but pretend it's a surprise

Armygirl - I love your story. Aren't rules made for being broken? I am sure you are not the first to do something 'illegal' with a DND vehicle lol. Hubby has a work truck that no one is supposed to ride in, but somehow on days that I work the kids get picked up for lunch in it?! His boss is awesome though and would never say anything, he is maintenance for NSCC (one of those nice CUPE jobs that is monday to friday 8-4 blah blah blah.... ) But it is good because he is 2 minutes from home and the kids school so if they need him he is there. I am not able to do that - when I'm there, I'm there for the 12 hours.

Hubby took my box to work and has it hidden in a locked room where part of my stock pile of Pepsi and Nestea is Another good thing about his job hahahah....

new buddy who has me - I think I saw alot of my likes on page29 I am on a weight loss/eating right/exercise kick and have shed almost 30lbs now so would really really really not ask for edible anything high calorie, I am not a coffee drinker either. I am interested in photography especially black and white and architectural detail shots if you take pics would love that! Love zumba, love biking(need an extra reflector ankle band - velcro thingy to wrap your pant leg or arm with reflective tape on it). I am trying pottery and loving it - any pottery tools, paints, books would be awesome and they don't have to be new. Am madly collecting disney movie reward codes to get a free 3 day stay on resort in Orlando for next year - 86 down and 124 codes to go. Not really a girly girl - don't use makeup. I can stack here so I get most of my toiletries very very inexpensively. I am an avid(newish) sdm pts collector and also collect icoke, lunchmate bucks, huggies and pampers points, am on listia too. I need some black workout socks(ankle sort of height) - when my white ones peek out from between black workout pants and shoes I cringe. *pammieD had me for the regular advent portion of this train if you need a consult *

as I am cruising to find my newest buddies likes is there an easier way to do this - I'm absolutely not going through all 300 pages again!
For my newest buddy I've got a soso list together for ya hun but would like more selection

DH hid my package for me -after spending an entire evening shaking, sniffing and otherwise investigating my package we decided it is best if he hid it until Saturday. No clue where he put it -I've looked everywhere LOL

    Here are a few ideas:
-I always need socks, love funky colours/designs etc
-my favorite "family" picture frame fell off the mantle (thanks to the cat ) and broke, I'd love another black frame with something about family on it
-always need white candles, any shape size. I've filled an old stone fireplace with them
-chocolate and coffee (regular ground) -can never have enough of either
-mittens -I knit but never seem to get around to making myself anything
-something to hang on the door (other than Christmas wreaths etc) from after Christmas until spring, or something for any other holiday other than Christmas (Easter, Halloween, etc) or some kind of "Welcome to the beach" sign for the door...
-rooster weathervane (plastic $ store OK!) want one for on top of the barn -can't find one anywhere that isn't $$$$$$$$$$$$$
-any kind of painting/art -always looking for unique items to hang on the walls
-basket/box/??? to store makeup etc in for top of my dresser
    -nightlight
    -hair elastics/clips/pins/hairbands
-anything for the girls (who are 3 and 9)
-can always use bodywash, razors, soaps etc
-I LOOOOOOVE homemade gifts -so please feel free to get creative buddy!

OK new buddy quick question: any allergies in your house (peanuts etc) or major dislikes (scents, foods, anything) and anything you do not allow in your house?

missbee, it's 1-2 homemade items (made by yourself or another person) so I'm assuming everything else can be store-bought =)

might help if I answered my question.....
No allergies at all. Like almost any kind of food or treats. However can't stand the smell of roses or potpourri.
We have a couple things we prefer the girls don't have: Barbies (or other similar fashion dolls) and toy weapons

Anything new on my list? Um, since coming back to work I realized I need these things for my work office:
    - Highlighters (preferably yellow, but other colours are ok too)
    - Post-it notes for my post-it note dispenser
    - Pens that my other co-workers won't steal (with my name on it? I got some great ones from Peachy on a pkg train and it's doing the trick! No stolen pens thus far!)
    - White out tape

    Other than that:
    - A lunch tote/holder that I can put my lunch in and that would fit in my work bag (it needs to be able to fit a salad container and snacks)
    - Brookside dark chocolate almonds or their fruit crunch
    - Eye makeup remover
    - Small/medium jewelry box holder so I can put my long "work wear" necklaces in (that would fit into a drawer or shelved closet)
    - Any homemade baked desserts =)
    - Infinity scarf (grey, dark purple, or teal/turquoise)
    - Matching mittens with the above scarf
    - PJ pants (size L-XL)

That's all I can think of right now =)

No allergies here. Don't like smell of flowers or potpourri either... We prefer fruity smells. We don't allow toy guns.
