Strangely I didn't gain this week. It's been a rough week so I totally admit to indulging.

0 change this week and last week! Gotta kick my butt in full gear this week. lol

For one who have been there so often and for so long.....beleive me, i know how difficult it is to loose weight, keep it off and not gaining it back.....
then, my comments are never and will never be judgemental to others....

No change as of monday. Didn't get to this until now. I hope to get in on the New Year challenge. After the holidays we're going to eliminate the bad and spend more time making the good (which still includes chocolate, only really good chocolate, chocolate is always good for you, as long as it's dark and great quality, it can make the difference between a good day and a crazy-lady day!).

just a quick comment, I bought a few Lindt Excellence bars that said 99% cocoa and I thought wow! that must be really good for you ( flavinoids and all ) and then I tasted a square....oh Lord! that is nothing like chocolate! Well ok it is but NOT sweet, no sweet at all.

They are still in my cupboard!
