    0
    I had over 60K pts in my account, and this morning when I log in the balanced stated 0.

    In the past, iCoke sent out a reminder email of inactivity, this time they didn't and now I'm upset.

    I contacted them, and will have to wait. They will lose my business for this.

    Same thing happened to me this summer, I didnt have quite as many as you, I had almost enough for the movie passes, went on holidays this summer and returned and they were gone. I think its so unfair, I mean, I'd understand if they took them after a year of no activity, but after a month ( or whatever it is ) Its crap. sorry you lost so many, I would be really upset too

    It's supposed to be three months of non activity before then you are supposed to get sent warnings before you lose your points.

    The same thing happened to me. I had 49,000 points the last time I logged in which was not 3 months ago and now I have ZERO.

    I emailed them but haven't got a reply.

    Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago, I emailed them and they got back to me in less than 24 hours and gave all my points back.
    Hope the same happens for you!

    Had the same thing happen to me more than a month ago.
    They use to send you a notification, they DON'T anymore.
    They just let your points expire.
    So now I write it in my calender to remind myself to add to it before it expired in 3 months.

    Yep they did it to my account a few months back too. No warning nothing just deleted and gone. I had about 9,000 points, emailed and never got a reply so I'm not bothering with it anymore since I think it is ridiculous to expire points after 3 months. I could see a year maybe but not 3 months.

    I had the same thing happen last week. I emailed them (& mentioned that the last couple of codes I found didn't work), & they gave me back all the points in a day or so.

    It can't hurt to try.
