I propose, In your opinion, what is the best feeling in the world?

The past 30 hours have been among the worst I felt in a long time, so I hope to focus on what feels good!

(((( Obviously 95% of us will choose sensual feelings as among the best.... so lets just skip the sexy stuff and move right on to #2 - #99 ))))

Glad you are in a better mood. Your thread was terrific! I had the worst 30 hours I had in years, it was nice to know everyone has bad days, I didn't feel alone.

When you reach a goal that was difficult and took a long time to achieve.

The feeling after you have had something holding you back for so long, and you finally let it go and get all crazy....and then you settle down and relax.
That point of relaxing is the best feeling in the world because I no longer have everything all pent up inside.....and my head is clear so I can sit back and reflect.
It is great!

1 When I see my kids looking after one another, sharing, talking and hugging each other - it puts a smile on my face and makes me feel warm all over cuz my goal is to have my kids grow up being there for each other & loving each other.

2. When hubby wraps his arms around me and snuggles - it just makes me feel protected and safe.

Just an observation - so many answers are explaining circumstances or situations, not identifying what the feeling is - and reading over them, I find that interesting.

Is it because it's hard to find a specific word for that feeling, or that it's hard to come up with only one 'best' feeling?

I answered Love because to me it is so all-encompassing, and there are so many different kinds...

I agree with many of the posts - but I'm wondering what the feelings are....

For example, about a sunrise, yes - totally beautiful to see, but can you ID the feeling - Is it wonderment, peaceful, hopefulness....?

Our furbabies make us feel - happy, connected, wanted....

(does anyone else see what I mean...?)
