Hi everyone. Springs here and I think everybody's getting outside a little bit more. Well I've maintained. To be perfectly honest with you I've been on a bender. I haven't been eating very healthy. My mindset has been well if I'm not going to gain and if I'm not going to lose, I might as well eat what I want. Anyway this week I managed to eat healthy so I'm proud of myself for making those healthy choices. Here's to more healthy choices in the future and hopefully a few more pounds lost.

The last week or so I have been outside a lot. I was also helping a friend pack up and move so exercise, I am getting . I feel quite tired though this week, maybe the humidity. We are finally getting rain after a long period of drought. About 70% of my planting is done hopefully by next week I will be able to build my raised beds. We also had to make a decision about our pool. Turns out it would be $2500 to fix or $3400 for a new one , we opted for new since the old one is 11 years old. Of course now i have to get the old one down and in the garbage. I am recycling as much of it as possible. They delivered the parts today and the installers will come in the next 2 weeks.

It was Summer the past two days here. My daughter was happy she was able to use the pool again.

Well I am back from the Mediteranian and ready to get back at it. I came home about 2.5 pounds heavier...oh the cruise food, and the wine and the grand marnier!! It was worth the 2.5 pounds though.back to eating right and walking daily.Good to be home!

No the Mediteranian was not calm..we had 2 nice days and the ship was rocking and rolling for 3 days, lots of people sea sick! It was so rough the day we were to port at Portofino we had to go to a different port for safety's sake and they bused us into Portofino. We didn't let it get us down though.
Not really a bikini but a modest two piece.... looked better the first week before I made a glutton of myself!! But I was pretty happy i wore it as I had never worn a two piece before not even in my size 6 days, so I was happy I did it and felt just fine about it!!
