Good morning everyone, yes even those of you peeking out from behind the blankets hoping the Ontario winter storm will not come! ( me too), yes tomorrow is weigh in day...and it is in fact weighing heavily on my mind ( and butt), however, as Lynn says no more excuses!

I am so mad at myself..ate wheat 2x this week, ate dairy 4x and did not do p90x at all Did 2 -1hr spin classes and did an hour of swim training

Oh man!!! My DH has lost 18 lbs since going GF on ( or around) Jan 5th!! Holy Moly! I am so proud of him, and jealous too as he makes it look so easy. He is eating dairy, meat, and all other foods, but going nearly No salt, very little sugar, but we have eliminated all gluten grains from the meals...what an eyeopener, as he and I do not exercise except for work. ( and right now I'm not even doing that, agh!)
