Last spring I dropped 20 pounds. I gained it all back lol. I joined a gym last week and visiting regularly. I find my food choices to be better since joining. I suppose paying each month, being around other members and the neat equipment helps. Much more motivated compared to working out at home. Hopefully I can drop 20-30 pounds between now and mid summer!

Good luck, Toban!

I'm just getting over my newest breathing problem, Tracheitis, which has lasted well over 2 weeks, of non sleeping through the night, waking up choking and coughing just about every hour, so our doc has had me on Gatorade and other 'sugary' drinks to keep up my energy, but last night, I slept right through!! And no coughing at all today! AND I drove to my girlfriend's home and we went shopping together!! Yes! Me, in our van alone! Wow...greatest feeling in the world, getting my independence back!

So although I haven't been able to diet the past few weeks, I'm going to try to be good up until we leave for Washington in mid April.

I really don't want to weight myself. I did go shopping the other day and tried on size of slacks I thought I was, but had to go down a size, so I'm thinking I've lost a little, but I'm still not feeling well...thought I'd gotten rid of that cough I had, but it visited me again last night and I'm tired but thankfully not cranky, but I don't want to be disappointed if I weight myself.
Like thriftygranny, I figure I've stayed about the same.

We have our grandson until Wednesday morning since our Dd and her Dh are in Vegas for her friend's wedding, then they're visiting with friends who live in the Sault but have a home there, also....so it's busy times. He's an absolute doll to be with, but gosh, he's busy! This is one time I'm happy I can't go downstairs into the crawl space and play "archeology" with him, lol...but grandpa can! It's tall enough that my late girlfriend could stand in it, but I couldn't, so he and I play on the computer, and we all play cards, he enjoys UNO, and I picked up some new stuff to keep him busy for the weekend, although he enjoys his quiet time with his ipad, too...whew!

wha??? I thought you guys were having the best weather while we were still dealing with the white stuff.....on that note, I heard Sunday the temps here are going to drop fast!

I didn't have a chance to post Friday Kiera had a day off so I forgot. I stayed the same which is ok by me at least I am feeling much better since dropping some foods and not at all bloated like before.
