Day 2 on WW....I won't weigh myself until next Friday; I joined on line....$22/month, quit paying when I want to, but there's something about paying money that encourages me to stick to it, lol...and of course it's NO where near what Herbal One costs, although I did lose on that, too.
    Darn, stupid fall ruined everything!!!
Well, not everything, I can walk again, and diet again so I'll be back where I was by Christmas!!

    Good luck to everyone!!

I just found this....everything in this pic is 0 Points except the nuts!!

Well here I am, back here again. i have stopped and started so many times since my cardiac stents were done almost a year ago. I have always been average weight, but have just ballooned over the last year due to quitting smoking 19 months ago and the medication I am on is really making it difficult to lose.
So I am with you lovely ladies, I will weigh in next Friday and I am hoping we can all support one another again!!

Angela I am so proud of you, keeping that weight down after having twins. good for you!!

nice going Lynn and thrifty! I wanna start back up, but just not in the right frame of mind ( again, still? ). If the Dr. calls about wanting to see how my weight loss is going I am in deep trouble, so my plan is not to answer the phone! No, that is wrong I know. At some point this weight will simply have to come off.

Thank you, I appreciate that. I know that my belly is still larger than it once was, but that is to be expected after giving birth to twins. I've had to recalculate my calorie requirements because I had forgotten to consider my reduced physical activity level since the twins were born. I spend many hours each day sitting with them while nursing and caring for them. Based on my research, I burn 1,000 calories a day just by exclusively breastfeeding them. I'm not a calorie counter and never have been, but I think it is important for me to still be aware of these changes. I've always loved walking, but I haven't taken the twins out in their stroller very often, having to get our 3yr old son to walk with us certainly changed the dynamic of this beloved activity. However, we did take a pretty long walk on Friday with a DQ blizzard break before heading home again. I'd better get back to sleep. I never know how little rest I will get in a day/night.

Day 3, I had an entire grapefruit and a slice of lovely soft dark rye/caraway bread for breakfast, 3 points....so I'm off to a great start this morning. Had 3 glasses of wine last night, so I dipped into my 40 "extra" points for the week which I don't normally do....so still on track!

Stay well and chase better health, Ladies!! (I guess one could consider that exercise..)

Had a cupcake for breakfast. It is DH's birthday. 2 days without a Coke though. I am sure the sugar content is comparable.

Had a good weekend, careful eating and lots of water! Even did a good deal of walking on Saturday, and now my back is sore! (oops!) Having leftover pizza and loads of fruit and veggies for lunch/snacks today! Gotta remember to keep drinking water when I'm at work.

I always have trouble getting my water in...I have a water bottle I keep refilling from the fridge and using a non-aspartame squeeze bottle flavouring, but...not often enough, sigh.

I'm counting points, and boy can they add up in a hurry. It's surprising how many points are in some things: my Asian dressing for instance, 1 tbsp=3 points!! I can do a complete lunch for 3 points! Gr.

Anyhoodles, fellow Losers, onward and downward!!

Lynn have tried Newman's Asian dressing, the light Sesame Thai is 30 calories and is really delicious. I don't know what this equates to in points but it may be a better option.I have a hard time finding it, it is often sold out but Walmart and IGA carries it here.
