Cameron Diaz new book called The Body Book. Def Not a cookbook, a diet book or thank goodness
a " wanna look like me do these stupid things book " . I am only in a couple of chapters but it seems to be repeating some of the the same fundamental building blocks of nutrition that I personally studied in high school ( in my Dietary Supervision field ) mixed with many of the common sense things our parents told us were good or bad for us.
Could take me some time to get through this though, I keep stopping and grabbing a snack while I read! ( ha ha )

I am currently reading The Reason I Jump: The Inner Voice of a Thirteen-Year-Old Boy with Autism by Naoki Higashida; translated by K.A. Yoshida and David Mitchell. I have a cousin who I was very close with when we were younger but as I grew up, she didn't. She is 8 years older than me (her chronological age) but now she is developmentally about 20 years younger. It helps to provide some insight in what many autistic children feel and think and I find that my own experience with my cousin are addressed in this book. I find that the author uses "we" a lot, as if it is the same for all of those who have autism but he's a 13 year old boy and may think that this is what all autistic people feel and think. Autism is different for each person, but I think the overall of what he is writing about shouldn't be discounted because of his use of the pronoun. I also recognize that the translation may take away from what the author actually means, but I still would recommend that anyone who knows someone who has autism should read this book. I'm sure there is at least one thing he talks about in this book that you can recognize in your own loved one.

I'm also reading Crazy Town, the book about Rob Ford. It's interesting to say the least.
