A TOUCHING LOVE STORY.
This 80 year old woman was arrested for shoplifting. When she went before the judge in Cincinnati he asked her, "What did you steal?"She replied, "A can of peaches.."The judge then asked her why she had stolen the can of peaches, and she replied that she was hungry. The judge then asked her how many peaches were in the can.She replied, "6."The judge said, "Then I will give you 6 days in jail."Before the judge could conclude the trial, the woman's husband spoke up and asked the judge if he could say something. The husband said, "She also stole a can of peas."The judge said, "What is it?"

I can't profess to understand God's plan. Christ promised the resurrection of the dead. I just thought he had something a little different in mind.

It seems to me that summer took a long time to finally arrive,
But it is here now; so head to the lake for a dive,
If you are grilling, please give me a ring,
I'll bring my ukulele & we all can sing!
Summer activites have endless potential,
As long as we know responsible summer-in' is an essential,
When you're in the sun, please remember your hat,
& if you are wondering how hot it is, just ask the cat!

I thought since we’re in for a supermoon, some moon songs are in order,
I’ll bet some of you know them & can play them on your recorder,
Blue Moon is a little sultry & good for dancing close & slow,
& Moondance by Van Morrison stills sets me all aglow,
Mad Man Moon by Genesis rings of lonely desolation,
& Bark At The Moon, by Ozzy is what I would call a vocal abomination,
I’ve always wondered if Moon River is really wider than a mile,
& Moonlight Shadow by Mike Oldfield sure has a unique style,
Will the Blue Moon of Kentucky always keep on shining?
& isn’t Paper Moon a great background song when you are out dining?
If there is a Bad Moon Rising & do you think that trouble is brewing?
& don’t you think that Moonlight Serenade is custom made for wooing,
Neil Young believes in Harvest Moons & America sings the Moon Song,
Cat Stevens was followed by a Moonshadow; makes you want to come along
The glow of the moonlight has walked us home & danced upon the shore,
As the moon is an ageless vision a sight that is so galore,
Some people say the moon relaxes them & makes them feel at ease,
& long ago there were folks, who believed the moon was made of cheese,
If you’re going to a moon watching party tonight to take in all those beams,
Have your cameras ready & to all... sweet moonstruck dreams.
