As you may remember, I was looking to move to Australia for a working holiday, and was looking for Vegemite.

Well I got an email about this new contest they were having for Best Job in the World, and the timing was impeccable so I applied.

Well today I found out that I am a finalist in the Taste Master category!!! This means you travel across the state of Western Australia and try their food, beers and wines and blog about it. But it's not just restaurant reviews. It's stuff like fishing for lobster and going to vineyards. Life changing! There were 45,000 applications and only 25 in each category were shortlisted.

There is no traditional voting. The next step in the competition is to get as much support as I can, including a celebrity endorsement. I am hoping you could comment on my Youtube video or social media pages if you think I am the best person for the job (if you watch the video, you'll see that I really, truly am!). And of course, if you happen to know any celebrities who may want to support me, that would be great!

I am so excited and SC has been such a great community to me over the years. I'm hoping you could help me achieve my dream. I'll make sure to share my blog and keep you guys posted from Australia if I do end up winning the 6 month contract!

You can comment on that Youtube video and also tweet to @Australia and tell them why I should get the job! Or leave comments on all three!
