Yes, you should have received points for both offers, if you reached the threshold for each offer.
Generally, if there were points that weren't awarded for a store or flyer offer, I go to the customer service desk before leaving store to get it resolved there. If the missing points were for a digital offer, I submit a points inquiry. I find resolution happens more quickly that way.

Last 4 shops I made at rcss or no frills, I had to send digital inquiry. Points are not being awarded anywhere. Thats a hassle. But its been a great turnaround. Points are awarded in 3-4 hours on average.

I have been waiting a week.for.a.response. to my online points enquiry. Should I be calling them on Monday? Hard for me to do from work and I would have to call at 6 a.m. BC Time to.call before.I.leave for work. But they owe me over 39,000.points....
So many coupons....so little time!

I would call, I have not been getting my points and had been submitting digital inquiries. I had a large amount of points as well, the people that answer the phone have to submit large amounts of points to a supervisor.this was done and I had an email withing the hour letting me know that my points were awarded, they also told me they have been having problems with offers not showing up when they are downloaded via smartphone and to be on the safe side I should download my offers on my computer, hopefully this glitch is worked out soon.

I ran into a situation like this back in January, was missing 30,000 points. After 3 inquiries and 2 phone calls , it took 3 months for them to add the points. Be patient , but don't let it go. It takes them longer to handle inquiries when dealing with a high number of points. The people on the phone are only allowed to deal with a maximum of 10,000 pts.

Had an offer for 1000 blackberries and 1600 blueberries, got 15 blackberries and 4 blueberries for 23.84,got 22.400 points back. Love this program

I phoned about my missing 39,000 points. First...there is a problem with loading point using an iPhone or android. They show as loaded on the phone but sometimes they actually have not been loaded. The problem is intermittent and they are working on an update for the app. I was instructed to load my points using my computer until the updated app is released. They added approximately 8,000 points while I was on the phone and verified the three larger offers/purchases that totalled 32,000 points. They have submitted a request that those points be added. This will take 7-10 days. I assume the CSR who helped me had authority to added points up to a limit of perhaps 10,000. They were polite and helpful...hopefully the missing 32,000 will be added as efficiently.
Lesson learned today....until further notice, use my plastic card and load my points from my computer.Last edited by DianneS; Mon, Nov 10th, 2014 at 02:02 PM.
