I had the same problem dating back to October 31st. It took an online points enquiry, two phone calls and two posts to their Facebook page to finally receive my points this week. I am not impressed that it took public embarrassment to get them to add points they verified and promised would be added in my initial phone call in mid November.

Now I observed whenever I missed some points and sent an inquiry they added missing points within minutes. Its happening from last 3,4 weeks, so their system still has errors but customer service is fast now.

Today they had some reduced (only 30% off ) so $1.39 and 1000 points makes 39c packet. If they'd still given 50% off bakery, they'd have been free!
