It's been about 4 days and I still have not recieved my confirmation email despite clicking the resend confirmation button once an hour all day each day LOL...

Anyone else in the same boat? I called CS Monday and they were no help. I don't think I can redeem without confirming first, tried yesterday and it wouldn't redeem.

I had trouble getting the confirmation email. I messaged them through their website and received the confirmation email within the next 2 hours. Maybe try through the pc plus website? Good luck

I finally got it this afternoon by changing my email address to an alternate, still didn't come, and then switched back, and then about 20 minutes later, I got confirmation of email change emails x2 and that did it! Yay! Now to go redeem my $50 for more pizza and palmolive

You can redeem without the email....you just get reminded at the till every time you go thru. Did it today without even registering the card.

I had to call the customer service line it took me 2.5 days for them to respond. however you can still shop and accumulate points.

I couldn't they had to hold my stuff for me until I got confirmation.

Weird....they did say they have been having HUGE issues with the system.....maybe it's a glitch.

Haha,they must be a little overwhelmed-not only am I getting an error message when I click the link in the confirmation email,I can't view the Extrafoods or Nofrills websites due to "system difficulties".

I still don't have mine either. I have asked them to resend through the website when I log in, asked three times, still not recieved email. Also emailed them through the website on Monday, 2 different emails, 2 different problems, and have received no response at all from them, not even an acknowledgement of email sent. Am missing points because of a cashier error and can't get any response at all from them. I don't have 3 hours to spend on hold waiting for them on the phone. Am so unimpressed at this point with the problems and their inability to resolve them. Much of the issues could have been anticipated (like the high volume using the site to register when then rolled it out at most stores across country) and their customer service seems to be absent.
