its in the Zehrs flyer in our area too (Kitchener)... if you're a points hoarder this is a fantastic opportunity to pick up a quick $60 worth of points... AND apparently, the points will be awarded, even if you redeem your 200,000pts for Gift Cards! (I asked the head cashier / Supervisor yesterday). A month ago, both my wife and I could have done this deal, but each did a major redemption for our annual $100 Mobile phone card + some gift cards, so no $60 x 2 bonus for us.

^^Thanks for posting this!
I just called to transfer points from one account to another, since neither has the min requirement. Unfortunately, I was told that it would take 5-10 business days for this to happen! I was expecting it to be instant - like with SDMOh well...maybe another opportunity will present itself

Nothing exciting in today's offers in my account. Not spending $10 on Coke pop to get 2000 pts.

Check with your cashier. The cashiers have coupon codes that need to be scanned in order for you to receive the bonus "extreme redeem" PC Plus points. The points show up immediately once the correct code is scanned. I did 2 separate orders for gift cards. Love this promo!

Got this offer Thurs.
Spent $32 on 11 Gerber baby snacks.
Earned 12k points & $7 cashback from co51.
$13 for 11 Gerber snacks is not so bad after all. I just wish I have coupons for them,. 😊😊😊

Wow, lucky you! I assume you had mega points [over 200,000], and you've answered the question that its not just a one transaction per account promo. Sure wish DW and I had saved some of the 2.5Million pts we'd accumulated under this program. We each have just under 50,000 presently, and although we could quickly bump them today, to just over the min. and then redeem for 5,000 [10% level], I'm leaning towards holding on, and hope this promo repeats sometime in the future?
What should we do? hmmmmm...

I have been wondering for some time about redeeming points for GC's. What is the benefit in buying a $20 GC with 20,000 points instead of paying for groceries with it? Thanks for the insight guys.

There is no difference if you are buying something that you don't earn bonus points for them.
But for those offers that are not for specific items, i.e. spend $100 total of anything in store & get 10k points, you need to spend the net total of $100 after points redemption to get that. So you have to spend $120 in total, redeem 20K points and pay $100 to get 10k points. But you can redeem 20k points for $20 gift card first, then spend total of $100 & use the $20 giftcard & pay $80 to get 10k points.Last edited by a_1_a; Sat, Jun 4th, 2016 at 06:03 PM.
