They may have lost a few customers now...but they way they see it, they've probably gained at least 50 for every 1 they lost due to all the promoting we did during BETA...

It's quite unfortunate how things have panned out.

No, I'm not going to send them anything. Instead I'll write them a letter if they want to verify my ID they should give me their address in Toronto, I'm willing to go there and show my ID.

But by email, no! In no case I can trust them even by showing them my first name and last name and hiding other details.

The thing is not in rewards. Yes, I received some of them and I appreciate that.

But the thing is that I can't trust anyone by sending my ID my email. I can show my ID only in person.

And when they sent me an email, they just addressed to "Dear member" without writing my name. If that email is officially addressed to me, than my name should be in that.

So now I'm even in doubts, is it real Stella or maybe spam?...

After all, if they needed verification, they could do that in the very beginning, not at the end of their Beta program.

yeah, it seems like the pr or it dept will screwed up on the promo by giving too many rewards out so now they want to recoup some of their losses by arbitrarily closing accounts. i wonder why they didn't ask you to verify the accounts like with everyone else? if a household only uses 1 computer, it hard to tell whether a person is making multiple accounts or has 3 unique users on their site. why did they just assume it's multiple accounts?

i received the chalice set and movie tickets way back in 2010. as for the rewards in 2011, nothing but other SCers reported receiving watches, blurays, bodum cups and heys luggage
