I need to rant at myself for a moment, please bare with me :p I was running around late last night getting things together for a camping trip. At about 10 pm I am still groceries shopping. Get home and take a minute to scan in co51 an zweet rebates and realize I WILLINGLY paid 5.99$ for a pineapple!!!
Who does that? And what store thinks they can get away with prices like that? SAFEWAY!!
I feel like I should give up all my coupons and turn in all my loyalty cards cards, I don't deserve them.Last edited by vw_girl; Fri, Jun 12th, 2015 at 10:12 AM.

aw....vw I agree with you about THE NERVE stores have charging that much for a pineapple. It happens to the best of us, we toss something in the cart and probably think " how bad can the price be " ....then you find out at the till......you have my sympathies. Today I price matched ours for $1.88, it has been a while since we've smacked on one! Enjoy yours too.

FYI. Maybe don't read this if you just ate or are queasy.
My cat has a uti AGAIN. not even 2 weeks later from his anti biotic vaccine. Another trip to the vet, super. He's been dribbling near the litter box.
I decided to make spaghetti...you know that stupid voice you get in your head? Well mine decided to say, Gee. The pasta and dribbles look quite similar. FML. I've never gagged and dry heaved so much in my life.

Not enough money to go out and about this weekend in Hamilton.
I'm reading Suzanne Somers Tox-Sick book-it seems most of human health matters occur when our gut flora is not ok. @Candini -your cat's vaccine probably upset his/her gut flora by wiping out its good flora. Time to get some probiotics to restore balance and cat will be ok.
I have a problem with acid reflux and I read that is a sign to add HCl to one's diet. I would not have thought of that without the book.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Nothing is ever straight forward.
I ran around with DD yesterday (carrying her since she can't walk) trying to get her blood work done. The specialist from the hospital asked me to request blood work weekly for six weeks from our family doctor. Finally get the form yesterday and go to the lab and they cannot touch PICC lines. They referred me to another lab, get there and they cannot do PICC lines.
Got to the hospital for her specialist appointment early so I figured I'd ask them. They sent me to the blood lab at the hospital. Get there and they don't do PICC lines either! Finally spoke to the Doctor (who was running over an hour late) about it and he said he'd put in a referral to get it done each week before her appointment at his clinic because there's a RN that is qualified to do it. Thank goodness! I was running out of options where to get it done!
DD has been out of hospital for a week now and still NO walker. They said hopefully today but they only have 2 hours before close so I'm losing hope. I really wanted her to have some time to use it so that maybe she could walk for her Senior Kindergarten Graduation on Monday but it's not looking like that will happen. The teachers told me they'd put a chair out for her if need be so at least she can be there and semi participate.
Oh and I'm still waiting for her newest prescription because the pharmacy doesn't carry it and had to special order it. Today is day 2. They said it would be here by this afternoon. I've been giving her an older prescription (from before her surgery) of the same drug (lower dosage in pill form) until the right one comes in (it's liquid and a slightly higher dosage), but I only have 2 pills left so the new prescription better be here soon!
There's been many more snafus but these the latest. lol

OMG! I get so frustrated with eBay sometimes.
1- What the heck is wrong with good old freaking snail mail? " Oh, I can't send you your package because FedEx won't deliver to a P.O box" I live in the freaking countryside and the mail isn't delivered to my house!
2- ebay's stupid shipping centre. Everything has to go through their shipping centre in freaking Kentucky! That stupid shipping centre has returned my orders to the sender with no explanation to either the seller or me. And they have sent my orders to some other address in the USA that I have never heard of.
3- Heaven help us from dumba$$ sellers. I purchased an item and then within minutes the seller has cancelled the purchase because they couldn't get the payment out of PayPal right away. As far as I know, it takes 10 days for PayPal to release the funds to the seller just to ensure the buyer gets the order. Then the seller contacts me wanting to resend the funds outside of eBay. Duh, NO! I tell them just to re-list the item and I will repurchase it. No they can't because they can't afford to re-list it!
Why me?Just call me Wolfie

What a dumba$$. It clearly states when you list an item that funds from a sale may be held for "up to 30 days" depending on your seller feedback(no negatives, 250 worth of sales, 25 separate sales and min time registered on EBay).
I hate the new global shipping, they charge WAY too much for customs, and its not even guaranteed that you won't be charged customs when you receive it. And don't even get me started on Canpar.
